LAMINATION

Corrugated Lamination

Recently, corrugated cardboard is being used as primary and secondary packaging. Corrugated cardboard must have aesthetics that meet the demands and challenges of self-service retailing, including e-commerce. In this case, the necessity of printing on the box arises; however, corrugated board is not an ideal substrate for direct printing, at least not for high-resolution, photo-fidelity printing methods. This is where the proven solution, the one-sided lamination process consisting of an undercoat and a middle channel, comes into play. A top liner is printed before it is laminated on one side and completes the liner-middle liner structure of the corrugated board.
In addition to all these processes, in order to increase the visual quality and strength of your products, lamination can be done on cardboard to cardboard, cardboard to Kraft paper, Kraft to Kraft paper.
