BEFORE PRINT

The Plotter Cutting machine is connected to a computer equipped with cutting and drawing software programs and uses blades to cut a material that lies above the flat surface area of the plotter.

PRINTING PROCESS

Offset printing is a widely used printing technique in which the inked image is transferred from a plate to a rubber sheet and then onto the printing surface.

LAMINATION

Recently, corrugated cardboard is being used as primary and secondary packaging. Corrugated cardboard must have aesthetics that meet the demands and challenges of self-service retailing, including e-commerce.

DIE-CUTTING

Cutting and creasing, starts with the loading of laser cutting knives specially produced according to the dimensions of the desired product into a fully automatic cutting machine.

FOLDING AND GLUING

It is a serial gluing and folding process by making use of side, bottom, 2,3,4,6,8 point options by advancing on special adhesive tapes so that the products can become boxes according to their intended use.

DISPATCHMENT
